Hello, I’m Sveva.
I have worked in hospitality and events for over 10 years.
My experience began in the restaurant industry, where I learned how to manage people, timing, expectations and unexpected challenges without ever losing sight of the quality of the overall experience.
After organising events for many years, I chose to devote myself entirely to weddings, combining meticulous planning, creative sensitivity and a practical understanding of everything that happens behind the scenes.
Today, I plan weddings and experiences unfolding over several days throughout Italy, for couples who want a celebration that feels refined, authentic and deeply personal, while also feeling clearly and confidently guided throughout the entire journey.
I do not simply organise what I am asked to deliver. I listen, select, advise and, when necessary, I also say no.
Because not everything that can be done will truly make a wedding better.
NO MORE THAN 12 WEDDINGS A YEAR.
Because presence cannot be multiplied.
This is a conscious choice that allows me to truly understand every couple, dedicate the right amount of time to each project and remain personally involved in the most important decisions.
I do not believe in a standardised service, and I never want a couple to feel as though they are simply one of many events in my calendar.
Every wedding requires attention, clarity and a thorough understanding of every decision that has been made. Accepting no more than twelve weddings a year allows me to provide exactly that.

My approach is decisive and highly practical.
I make decisions with clarity, protect the project from anything that could make it feel inconsistent and help my couples avoid unnecessary expenses, complications and choices that add no genuine value.
My role is not to agree with every idea, but to understand which ideas truly deserve a place within your wedding.
I will guide you with honesty, experience and attention, always recommending the solution I believe is best suited to your wedding, your budget and the way you want to experience the entire celebration.
ONE COMPLETE PROJECT, FROM OUR FIRST MEETING TO THE FINAL EVENT
Every wedding begins with a vision, but it takes shape through hundreds of individual decisions.
Whether it is a single celebration or an experience unfolding over several days, every moment is designed as part of the same story.
The welcome dinner, activities, wedding celebration and following events should each have their own identity while sharing a consistent visual language, rhythm and atmosphere.
I manage the complete planning process, including the budget, supplier selection, quotations, contracts, site inspections and every logistical detail.
At the same time, I develop the creative direction of the entire project so that the colour palette, floral design, table setting, lighting, stationery and decorative details all belong to the same visual language.
Design and organisation are not separate elements.
A wedding may look beautiful, but if the timing feels wrong, guests do not know where to go or suppliers are not properly coordinated, the experience loses its value.
My role is to make sure every element works together naturally.
ALWAYS KNOWING HOW YOUR MONEY IS BEING INVESTED
Transparency is one of the fundamental principles of my work.
Every supplier is selected with you, contracted directly by you and paid directly by you.
I do not add markups to their services, and I do not receive commissions that could influence my recommendations.
You will always have a clear understanding of quotations, costs and agreed terms.
Every professional is recommended solely because of the quality of their work, their reliability and their suitability for the project.
A wedding budget is not simply a list of expenses. It is a tool that allows us to establish priorities and invest in what will genuinely make a difference.
